Organic Airbrush Spray Tan
Performed at our Duluth, GA medical office, north of Atlanta.
You’ve probably heard over and over how important it is to protect your skin from the sun. Not only can sun exposure cause skin cancer, but it can also accelerate the aging process, cause fine lines and wrinkles, and leave you looking older than your years. And yet, you love the look of a great tan. Fortunately, you don’t have to choose between your health and your skin tone.
Our licensed aestheticians offer airbrush tans using Eco Tan®, a product made entirely from natural and organic ingredients. In fact, the color comes from organic cacao (yes, chocolate) rather than orange- or green-based dyes like most spray tans, so it looks natural regardless of your complexion. Whether your goal is to look your best for a special event or to keep a sun-kissed look all year round, our professionally administered Eco Tan® is significantly less time-consuming than traditional tanning, and unlike indoor or outdoor tanning, an airbrush tan doesn’t carry the risk of irregular pigmentation after a laser skin treatment.

What’s the difference between an airbrush tan and a spray tan?
“Spray tan” usually refers to an automated booth you stand in, where spray is released and it’s up to you to try to get evenly coated. On the other hand, airbrush tans like the Eco Tan® we offer are administered by a trained professional who can both tailor the color to your specific needs and make sure the solution is evenly applied.
How long will my airbrush tan last?
On average, an Eco Tan® will last between 7 and 10 days. Your licensed aesthetician will also be able to give you instructions about how to help your tan stay looking its best, like how long before your session to exfoliate your skin, and what products to avoid wearing to your appointment.
Why choose Eco Tan® over other sunless tanners?
Eco Tan® is made from natural and organic ingredients, which means you won’t be breathing in mystery chemicals or absorbing them into your skin. Plus, for all you animal-lovers, Eco Tan® is not tested on animals. In fact, it’s certified as vegan, vegetarian, and cruelty-free in Australia (where the company is based).
Can my airbrush tan be customized to the results I want?
Yes – in fact, that’s one of the advantages to receiving a professionally-applied airbrush tan rather than an automated spray tan. Our licensed aesthetician will examine your natural skin tone and discuss your desired results, and will have direct control over how much of the tanning solution is applied to your skin. You can also control how dark your tan becomes by deciding when to wash the solution off your skin: 4 hours will generally produce a medium tan while 6 hours will produce a darker color.
