David M. Whiteman
MD, FRCS(c)
As the owner of both Laser Lights Cosmetic Laser Center and Southern Plastic Surgery, PC, Dr. Whiteman is dedicated to providing his patients with high-quality care that’s tailored to their specific needs, whether that includes plastic surgery, non-surgical treatments, or a combination of both. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He holds membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). He’s also positioned as a board trustee member of the Gwinnett Hospital authority and a member of the national patient safety committee with ASAPS. Dr. Whiteman strives to continuously learn about the latest innovations in the field of aesthetics while also serving the community with several charitable organizations, including The Breast Cancer Survivors’ Information Network and the Doctors Who Care – Kids MD Internship Program.

Jackie Madison
Practice Manager, NESTA Weight Management Specialist
As our Practice Manager, Jackie Madison oversees the day-to-day operations at Laser Lights and ensures that our facility runs as smoothly as possible. Jackie has spent the past 20 years as the Practice Manager for Southern Plastic Surgery, the practice operated by our owner and double board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. David Whiteman, so her experience in the industry allows her to offer our patients top-notch service. In addition, Jackie is a NESTA Certified Weight Management Specialist who offers clients the coaching and support they need to take control of their health and improve both their weight and their overall lifestyles.
Oreta Johnson-Wheeler
Oreta is no stranger to the cosmetic industry. With 15 years of experience as both a medical assistant and a certified body contouring technician, she has developed a combination of invaluable skills and a passion for patient care which allows her to give each patient individualized attention and outstanding results. As a New York native, Oreta has spent much of her professional career in Atlanta. After working with a plastic surgeon for six years addressing patients’ non-surgical needs, and even helping to educate Atlantans about their cosmetic options through a news segment on 11 Alive, Oreta has now been a part of the Laser Lights family for over 13 years. By embracing both the medical and the aesthetic aspects of her job, as well as fostering a relationship with every patient, Oreta is a key factor in each patient’s journey toward their best body.
Vida Razmara
LME
Vida may be new to Laser Lights, but she comes to us with a wealth of experience. Originally from Iran, Vida is a Licensed Medical Esthetician who has spent the past sixteen years taking care of her patients’ every cosmetic need, from microdermabrasion like our SilkPeel® Dermalinfusion® to chemical peels and laser treatments. She thrives on seeing how happy her patients are with their results, and she looks forward to many years of the same at Laser Lights. When Vida isn’t busy making people beautiful, she enjoys taking relaxing walks and spending time with her beloved friends.
Diana Brown
Office Administrator
Diana Brown was born and raised in Atlanta and graduated from American InterContinental University where she majored in international business. She began her career as a Certified Medical Interpreter for over 15 years before she developed an interest in the aesthetics industry.
Diana’s attention to detail and personable demeanor make her a natural fit as our Front Office Administrator. She gives every client the personal attention to make sure that all their needs are met and that they leave with a smile on their face.
Diana enjoys traveling and flying back to her family’s home country of Costa Rica. She spends most of her free time with her husband and two daughters.
Nicole Powell

Nicole Powell carries over 20 years of industry experience as well as a multifaceted professional background that embodies her passion to help others achieve ageless skin. She finds her career incredibly rewarding because of the direct impact she is able to have on a client’s self-image. A current practicing master esthetician instructor, licensed medical esthetician, and laser specialist, she is highly skilled in multiple cosmetic lasers and various esthetic modalities. Nicole is known throughout the industry as a skin care expert who identifies client needs and delivers relevant solutions to complex skin-related problems.
Nicole has received formal training at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) as well as Joe Blasco Make-Up Training Center in Hollywood, CA. After learning and mastering the art of make-up application along with make-up products’ ingredients and effects on the skin, Nicole decided to combine her passions for make-up artistry and skin care. This led her to Bellus Academy in Poway, CA to become a licensed master esthetician. She proudly specializes in advanced skin care including micro-resurfacing, chemical peels, enzyme therapy, cellulite treatments, light therapy, and facial acupuncture through massage. Nicole is continuously on the cutting edge of breakthrough skin care procedures, earning numerous industry certifications, including Scar Revision Specialist (non-invasive), HydraFacial Certification, Advanced Peel Certification, Bellus Academy Poway Master Esthetician Program, and Cancer Awareness Certification Level #3.
Nicole recently moved to Johns Creek, Georgia with the same degree of dedication to continue to impact the dynamic skin care industry here in the South. She strives to provide her clients with an exemplary experience and exceptional personal attention with every procedure she performs.
